When you request your date, sign a service agreement, leave a deposit, purchase an add-on, join the referral program, or download the free guide, we collect the details you provide. This typically includes:

• Phone number
• Event date, venue, and event details
• Payment and billing information (handled by Stripe)
• Referral code usage, if any

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to plan and perform your event.

• Respond to booking requests and schedule planning calls
• Prepare custom quotes, agreements, and invoices
• Coordinate event details, timelines, and music preferences
• Process deposits and add-on purchases
• Block your event date on our calendar
• Send booking-related emails and confirmations
• Deliver the free guide when requested
• Operate and improve the referral program

We only share data with service providers needed to run the business. These providers process data on our behalf:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing. Stripe receives payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Google Calendar — to reserve and manage event dates.
• Resend / email delivery services — to send confirmations, agreements, and updates.
• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — for secure data storage and backend services.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

This site uses minimal cookies needed for basic functionality, such as keeping you signed in if you access an admin area and remembering your preferences. We do not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

Booking and event records are kept for one year after your event date, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records may be retained longer if required for tax or accounting purposes.

You can ask us to:

• Delete your information, where legally permissible
• Stop receiving non-essential communications
